Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Photos of the original packaging and shipping label, when applicable.

After reviewing your claim, we will offer a replacement or a refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
